Address and directions
I am situated in the centre of Littlehampton, the nearest carpark is the Look and Sea centre. My house is an old Georgian house that fronts Surrey St opposite the barbers. Address: 37 Surrey St, Littlehampton, BN17 5BH.
Fees and cancellation policy
The sessions are 50 mins to 1 hour in length.
All sessions are in blocks of a minimum of 4 weekly sessions and represent a course for continuity and best effect for the patient/client. Please note payment for a course of 4 sessions is payable on booking. Confirmation of sessions will only then be sent. Special arrangements can be made for people who need support with payments.
Payment can be made by BACS or Cash.
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy which means that an email or text needs to be received before 48 hours of the agreed time to cancel an appointment or the full hourly rate will become due.
CHECK-IN:
Please arrive at the appointment time as I work from the comfort of my home and do not have waiting room facilities
FACILITIES:
Limited wheel chair access may be possible, please inquire.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
All medication and medical history must be listed on a health form questionnaire before therapy sessions commence.
Disclaimer and Guidelines for the Client/Patient
Therapeutic approaches such as hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and Naturopathy are not intended to replace conventional medical treatment and care. Complementary therapies are intended to work side by side with conventional treatment if required. Clinical hypnotherapy is not a magic wand but is a wonderful technique to work in harmony with the patient/clients wishes and needs. It is not a substitute for medical advice. There is no guarantee for success as much of this is dependant on the overall motivation and commitment of you the client/patient. Hypnosis cannot make you do what you do not want to do.
No practitioner can guarantee specific results. Information or guidance maybe given to the client /patient to consider. This may bring about positive results where the client is motivated to change. Although the practitioner will be as supportive and helpful in all decision making and change processes, any decisions and changes made by the client/patient remain the personal and legal responsibility of the client/patient.
In order to affect a change, CBT, counselling, hypnotherapy, coaching and mindfulness require commitment and honesty from the client. Regular attendance is essential, as is a commitment to any personal assignments that are agreed.
